Welcome to the 2026/2027 School Year

Dear OIS Families,

It is a real privilege to introduce myself as the new President of the OIS Parents Club for the 2026/2027 school year. My name is Angela Carder, and my son Keal will be entering the MYP years this year.

As a parent, I have always valued the wonderful sense of community that makes OIS so special — and I am very excited to have the opportunity to serve and contribute to this community in my new role.

Even as OIS continues to grow, it still has that special feeling of being a close-knit community. Parents support one another and come together to celebrate the experiences that make our children’s school years so memorable.

The Parents Club plays an important part in nurturing that connection. Through events and activities for parents and children, we have the opportunity to build friendships, welcome new families and create beautiful memories together.

I look forward to continuing the wonderful work of the Parents Club and creating opportunities for our families to come together, have fun and feel connected.

To our returning families — I can’t wait to see you again! And to all our new families — a very warm welcome. We are so happy to have you with us.
