Pink Day at OIS

Pink Day is a celebration that was started ten years ago at OIS, by Karen Branco, a former OIS teacher. It is a cross-division celebration coordinated by Diploma CAS and MYP Service as Action students. In recent years, this project has been headed by Domingas Sottomayor, the Service as Action Coordinator, and participation by the school community continues to grow every year. The purpose of Pink Day at OIS is to raise awareness about breast cancer.
