We have created the OIS Eco-School Committee. The committee already includes a diverse group of dedicated members: the Student Council, various students, staff and a member of the Board.
This committee is responsible for leading and implementing the Eco-Escolas projects within our school, working towards our goal of achieving the Green Flag for 2024-2025.
If you would like to volunteer and support the committee in achieving the Green Flag, please email us which project you’d like to join or share any ideas you have for a project that aligns with improving sustainability.
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed volunteers to support Year 11 students with their projects or even take the lead on one of the available projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to:
- Build your leadership and teamwork skills
- Make a meaningful impact on school activities
- Contribute to the success of your peers’ projects
